Maria Gamaleeva

Maria  is a certified as yoga teacher by Shri Yogendraji  Institute  for Yoga Studies and  Yoga Threrapy (Mumbai, India)

She has a classes on Hatha yoga, yoga therapy,  prenatal yoga, pranayma. Her  main classes are based  on  Ashtanga yoga.
She  studied  Ashtanga yoga  with authorized  teaches in Russia and Europe  and  then in India at KPJAYI and  other  Asthanga yoga  schools such as Madala, Shtalam8, Sadhana.  In 2010-2011 Maria  was teaching  in  India  and  also had  yoga workshops in Himalayas.

Her  main  principals of  teaching  is  "ahimsa"  which  means  "to do no harm"   therefore  she  pays a lot of attention  for correcting  in asanas.
Maria  is teaching  both in  Russian and English.
